Startup Fundamentals 2: Developing a Funding Strategy

Pixel art representation of a retro video game style workshop, featuring characters in a discussion about funding strategies, with simplified, blocky details typical of an 8-bit video game.

I am so happy to attended Startup Fundamentals 2: Developing a Funding Strategy in Palo Alto, California. The workshop by Roger Rappoport from Access Silicon Valley and Snell & Wilmer was amazing! It change a lot my perspective, specially about intellectual property and give me great ideas for Artificial Poets.

Comparasion between MVP and MVS.
Slide from Roger talking about MVP vs MVS.

It touched other important points regarding MVP vs MVS (minimum viable startup), that shows how important is to have the right structure to allow your company to be ready for investors. Without this minimum viable startup your company is almost impossible to invest, or it will take some time to get it in that position.

I will be sharing a “TikTok-style” video about that full day in Silicon Valley in Artificial Poets’ Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts.

I am coming back in a couple of weeks for the Part 3 of the workshop. Maybe I will be pitching our company in a event organized by Roger and Silicon Valley Access after that.
